Lake Norman Fireworks, Fun and Celebrations

As you make plans and gear up for the Independence Day Celebrations around Lake Norman remember to plan ahead, be safe and enjoy the fun! Here are some of the firework events around the lake.

Lake Norman area fireworks, fun and celebrations:

July 1          Troutman Independence Celebration Parade        11am-12pm             Location: Main Street (Troutman, NC)-parade                                                             Festival to follow at Iredell County Fairgrounds                                                       Fireworks at 9:30pm

July 1          Denver Fireworks Spectacular                                9:30pm-10pm         Location: East Lincoln High School——Festivities begin at 4pm and include a FREE festival with music, games, attractions, food and cold drinks.

July 3          City of Statesville Fireworks                                    9:30pm-10pm                 Location: 1875 Simonton Road in Statesville     Launch will be from Signal Hill

July 3          LOWES YMCA-Igniting Brighter Possibilities       4pm-10pm             Location: 170 Joe V. Knox Ave. Mooresville, NC                                                                   -Presented by Randy Marion-                                                                                                   Please wear Red, White and Blue and come to enjoy a family friendly event with entertainment, food, activities, fellowship and so much FUN! Bring chairs, blankets and come early. July 4          12th Annual July 4th Celebration                             10:00am           Location: Birkdale Village, Huntersville                                                                                     FREE event with music, face painting, arts and crafts, bounce house, dike decorating station and Fire Department water fight.

July 4          Downtown Davidson 4th of July Celebration          5:30pm                          Location: Downtown Davidson                                                                                       Dress patriotic, decorate your bikes, wagons and pets then march along Main Street in the parade. Line up starts at 5:15pm at McEver Field. Festivities begin at 5:30pm

July 4          Queens Landing, Mooresville-Lake Norman            9pm                 Location: 1459 River Highway in Mooresville                                                               Fireworks start at 9pm. Putt-Putt golf is open 10am-midnight, multiple DJ’s and live bands. Also featuring cruises, daily sight seeing, dinner and Fireworks party. Reservations suggested.

July 4          4th of July Trump National Fireworks                     9:30pm                           Location: Trump National Golf Course 120 Meeting House Square-Mooresville                   Display will be at the driving range beginning at 9:30pm. This is a private event but it is open to viewers on the water.
